For those of you who live locally, or are on holiday in the area, or if you want to give a wonderful gift to some foodie friend who might be in the area. We are also able to cater to your needs as a Non-Residential guest.

Come for Lunch or Dinner as a learn to cook experience or just for the meal itself .... again, maximum 6 participants in the kitchen, more can join the table!

LUNCH

Arrive 10 am Welcome drink & Introductions

Cook, Watch, Learn, Be Inspired, Practical Hands On ... until 12/12.30 or so ...

then Canapes and drinks served by Stéphane before we taste the fruits of our labour over a leisurely 3 course lunch, followed by coffee.

Or For the DINNER EXPERIENCE

Arrive from 5.00 pm for Welcome Drink & Demonstration in the Kitchen followed by fabulous 3 course dinner, choice of wine by Stéphane.

Sample Dinner:

  • Homemade Ravioli of Wild Mushrooms or Crispy Vegetable Parcels with Sweet Basil Sauce
  • Pan Fried Red Mullet on bed of julienned vegetables with Citrus Dressing or Filet Mignon of Pork with Prune & Armagnac Sauce
  • Caramel Fondant & Fresh homemade ginger ice cream, or Grilled nectarines with Praline Mousse & Ginger Tuiles

LUNCH | 10 am - 3 pm 125€ per person

DINNER | From 5.00 pm 135€ per person
(If you have a partner/friend who wants to join you for the meal, but not participate in the kitchen experience, bespoke rates are available. Also, group discounts available.)
