Cooking Courses - Demonstrations & Hands On Cooking - Maximum 4 participants.

The cooking courses, cooking holidays, gourmet breaks - Your time at our property can be run on a 3, or 4 night basis, for example:

Day One 
Afternoon arrival at your leisure, settle in before your Welcome Dinner

Day Two 
After Breakfast, into the main Kitchen by 10 am to watch, cook, chop, mince, saute etc. Followed by an al fresco lunch, which will be served on the sheltered terraces. Return to Kitchen around 4pm for further culinary discoveries! Wine Tasting & Dinner.

Day Three 
After Breakfast, we’ll head off to one of the local Markets, stalls overflowing with the fresh seasonal produce of the region. Light lunch back on the terrace. Return to the Kitchen for more exciting culinary challenges & experiences. Canapes & Dinner.

Day Four 
Kitchen Session in the Morning followed by lunch then off for a visit to local winery, cheese maker or local attraction. Canapes & Dinner.

Day Five 
Leave after a leisurely Breakfast

(If doing only 3 nights, eliminate one day. Also, if you would like to sample a local restaurant one evening we are happy to make reservations & recommendations & offer a reduction!)

  • 4 days/3 Nights 1295€ / non-cooking partner sharing room 995€ *
  • 5 days/4 Nights 1645€ / non-cooking partner sharing room 1180€ *
  • (single room supplement 95€ per night)
  • (40€ reduction if you opt to eat out one evening)
  • (195€ additional night, per room, Bed & Breakfast basis)

You will leave with a full set of recipes covered on the course.
Tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer & wine are available throughout the day.

If you have a partner who would prefer to spend their time on local golf courses, exploring the vineyards, villages, chateaux of the region or just enjoying one of the shaded terraces or basking in the sun by the pool .... while waiting for the delicious produce of the day's cooking course to be served for lunch & dinner, the non-cooking rate is applicable.
